HOW DOES ÖPPEN TEXTILE WORK

Technological resources
For a better control, machines are grouped according to their functionality (weavers, freezers, inverters, centrifuges, etc.) and they have specific information on each one of them in addition to the model data, manufacturing year, physical location inside the company and their condition (active, inactive, in maintenance).
Human Resources
In each one of the processes, we can get information of the workers (weavers, checkers, supervisors) that are responsible for each task. This allows for the interphase with the wage system in case of using incentive payments, rewards, and work shifts.
Materials
We can know the physical location and lot number of raw material or semi-processed products at all times. There is data such as origin, if it is local: all prior data on its manufacturing (materials are automatically deducted at each production closing), upon customer’s request: who manufactures the product.
Sales order
Sales order is the start of the manufacturing processes; as from planning, we can issue the necessary roadmaps and monitor the sale status regarding deliveries made, picking or pending status, and the roadmap’ status that will complete them.
Control panel
We can monitor the production’s status; the panel will display the production line (which color is dyeing and which is still pending). We can also control expected maintenance pauses, machine cleaning processes, and other pending processes that will complete the roadmap.

FLOW OF PROCESSES

Roadmaps
The roadmap is the sum of the processes that allow for obtaining a semi-processed or finished product. We can see with which materials it is made of (identified by code and lot number), which processes should be executed and their order. If machines are used, the group to which they belong, parameters of their load, quality result and resulting products.
Weaving technical datasheet
The materials to be used and their corresponding percentage, performance (for example meters per kilogram), rough weight of each unit to be weaved, the width and the rough production per day should appear in the technical datasheet.
Laundromat technical datasheet
We load data such as which material is added by default and which materials can be used alternatively in case that one is missing. The processes and the order they should be carried out to reach the final product (each one of them with their corresponding parameters), and the qualities that the final product should have.
Dyeing recipe
It is a process setting forth the steps to take in order to dye a fabric; it has explanatory text fields, orders of temperature and resting time to be carried out, addition of auxiliaries and/or chemicals (the system will automatically indicate the total quantity to load according to the volume of water used) and the step/s of the colorant adding.
Color recipe
The color recipe shows the colorants to add in the dying recipe with its percentage per weight to dye and the step in which it must be added. Thus, the same recipe can be used for the dyeing of several finished products.
